BSNL brings three new postpaid plans with data rollover, add-on benefits: Prices start at Rs. 199

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or BSNL has introduced 3 new postpaid plans for customers in India. The Rs. 199, Rs. 798, and Rs. 999 postpaid plans come along with a data rollover option making them highly interesting. BSNL has also withdrawn its postpaid plans priced at Rs. 99, Rs. 225, Rs. 325, Rs. 799, and Rs. 1,125.

BSNL Rs. 199 postpaid plan: 

BSNL Rs. 199 postpaid plan is now the most pocket-friendly postpaid plan as it has withdrawn its Rs. 99 postpaid plan. With this plan, BSNL is offering unlimited on-net voice calling with 300 minutes of off-net voice calls including MTNL circles of Delhi and Mumbai. The postpaid plan offers 25GB of high-speed data with a data rollover benefit that is permitted up to 75GB. After crossing the data limit, customers will be charged Rs. 10.24 per GB. This plan also offers a daily 100 free SMS.

BSNL Rs. 798 postpaid plan: 

BSNL Rs. 798 postpaid plan offers 50GB of high-speed data with data rollover benefit that is permitted up to 150GB. After crossing the data limit, customers will be charged Rs. 10.24 per GB. This postpaid plan also offers 100 SMS per day including Delhi and Mumbai in the MTNL network. Additionally, it allows for two additional family add-ons. The add-on connections will be entitled to the same benefits as the primary customer.

BSNL Rs. 999 postpaid plan: 

BSNL Rs. 999 postpaid plan offers 75GB of high-speed data with data rollover benefit that is permitted up to 225GB. After crossing the data limit, users will be charged Rs 10.24 per GB. It also provides unlimited local and STD voice calling, 100 SMS per day, and three family add-on connections. Customers will be able to roll over up to 225GB of data to the next month.

The voice calling on all the three postpaid plans will be capped to 250 minutes per day, after which the customer will be charged at base plan tariffs. BSNL has also withdrawn existing postpaid plans priced at Rs. 99, Rs. 225, Rs. 325, Rs. 799, and Rs. 1,125. Existing users of these plans will remain in the plans until further information but no new connections to these plans will be allowed. BSNL is now offering just six postpaid plans priced at Rs. 199, Rs. 399, Rs. 525, Rs. 798, Rs. 999, and Rs. 1,525.

BSNL had previously noted that it would give a discount of Rs. 25 for 3 months to the users of its postpaid plans, opting for Rs. 99, Rs. 225 and Rs. 325 moving further to any higher plan. This offer will be for a limited time period of 90 days.

BSNL had also noted that it would give a discount of Rs. 50 for 3 months to the users of its postpaid plans, opting for Rs. 799 moving further to any higher plan — Rs. 999 or Rs. 1,525. This offer also exists for a limited time period of 90 days starting today.
