Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) continues bringing new membership plans, or offers and exciting deals, for their happy users. In an ongoing attempt to draw the attention of people, the organization is providing a free SIM card to users. Obviously, with terms and conditions applied.
The government’s telecommunications services company BSNL charges Rs 20 for each new SIM card. Like any private telecom organizations, BSNL too requests cash if a user needs a SIM card. However, as a limited time special offer, the organization has chosen to give complimentary when a user does a First recharge (FRC) of at least Rs 100. First noted by Telecom Talk, this is the condition set up by BSNL to be eligible for the free SIM card offer.
Please note, BSNL free SIM card offer comes for a limited time, that is, from November 14, 2020, to November 28, 2020. The limited-time special offer is only available for 15 days. When the free SIM card offer ends, users will again need to pay Rs 20 to get a new SIM card from BSNL.
BSNL free SIM card offer is available over all the areas where the organization is working. In fact, BSNL could soon turn into a pan India operator as MTNL’s permit is going to end in January 2021 supposedly. According to a report from Business Standard, BSNL could begin offering mobile services in Delhi and Mumbai circles soon.
For the unversed, BSNL operates in 20 telecom circles, while MTNL works in Delhi and Mumbai operates for the time being. It is said that MTNL’s permit is lapsing in mid-2021. Along these lines, it is normal that BSNL could assume control over the other two circles to turn into a pan India service provider.
