The state-run telco, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited recently apprised customers through an SMS that it will terminate the Rs. 74 prepaid plan in favor of the Rs. 106 prepaid plan. Now, the telecom operator has gone forth and rolled out the BSNL Rs. 106 and Rs. 107 prepaid plans. These plans offer calling and data benefits with a validity of 100 days.
The latest prepaid plans have been rolled out in pan India and are registered under the ‘Plan Extension’ section on the official website. These plans are named PremiumPerSec_106 and PremiumPerMin_107. One can easily guess the difference between these two plans, it is the pulse rate. Let’s have a look at the details of the new plans.
BSNL Rs. 106 and Rs. 107 prepaid plans:
As we mentioned above, the new plans are called PremiumPerSec_106 and PremiumPerMin_107. The former has a pulse rate of one second and the latter has a pulse rate of 60 seconds. It is to be informed that the pulse rate is the minimum duration for which a voice call is charged by the operator. Apart from this, all other benefits including data, validity, and calling minutes offered by both the plans are the same.
The PremiumPerSec_106 and PremiumPerMin_107 BSNL prepaid plans come with 100 days validity. Customers will get 3GB of high-speed data to be consumed within the validity time period. Further, the plans offer 100 minutes of voice calls to any network in India for 100 days. Finally, the customers will also get free BSNL Tunes for 60 days.
To recall, BSNL will terminate its Rs. 74 prepaid plan from 1st December and is asking customers to switch to Rs. 106 plan. The Rs. 74 plan offered validity of 90 days, 2GB high-speed data, and 100 minutes of voice calls to any network in the country.
