In an attempt to compete better with rival Internet Service providers (ISPs), Excell broadband has now made new changes in its plan rates and started offering 150Mbps speed for Rs 1,199. The company was previously offering data at 100Mbps speed with a FUP limit of 1.2TB for Rs 1,999, according to reports. The 150Mbps plan for Rs. 1,199 will offer a 3TB data limit and 2Mbps speed post FUP, as per the telecom’s website. It is also listed as the ‘Preferred’ plan by Excell Broadband.
The Internet Service provider operates in cities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and the company’s new ‘smart’ plan offers 60Mbps speed with a 400GB data limit for Rs 499 only. According to a report by Telecom Talk, Excell was earlier offering 50Mbps and 300GB FUP limit per month for Rs 699.
If customers will buy a subscription of six months, the company would offer them a free service of an additional month and 100GB monthly additional data while a one-year subscription would offer the customers, free service of two additional months and 100GB monthly data, the report added.
