iQoo 7 5G has been released as the company’s newest flagship powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 SoC. The latest smartphone features triple rear cameras, a 120Hz display, and 120W fast charging support. The iQoo 7 comes in three different finishes, with one built in partnership with BMW M Motorsport. The exclusive edition model gets three color stripes at the back. The iQoo 7 also offers up to 256GB of onboard storage.

The iQOO 7 is 5G capable and runs Android 11-based OriginOS for iQOO out of the box. The phone features a 6.62-inch punch-hole display that comes with FHD+ AMOLED resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, and 120Hz refresh rate. The handset is powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS3.1 onboard storage. The device packs dual 2,000mAh battery units and supports 120W ultra-fast charging technology. The solution is rated to charge the device from zero to 100 % in only 15 minutes.
The iQOO 7 houses a triple-camera setup that comprises a 48MP primary camera and two 13MP sensors. The camera system supports OIS, up to 20x digital zoom, and 4K video recording. The front camera of the device receives a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calling. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner as well for security. Other features include 4G LTE, Dual-SIM support, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Hi-Res Audio, and Type-C port. The smartphone measures 162.2mm x 75.8mm x 8.7mm and weighs 209.5 grams.
iQoo 7 price & availability
iQoo 7 price carries a price tag of CNY 3,798 (approximately Rs. 43,100) for the 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage variant, while the 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage variant carries a price tag of CNY 4,198 (approximately Rs. 47,600). The handset comes in Black, Latent Blue, and Legendary Edition color variants. It will go on sale in China from 15th January. But, details about its global launch are yet to be revealed by the brand.
