Chinese PC and tablet company Lenovo has announced two new IPS monitors for computer gamers. The monitors are named the G27q-20 and G27-20 and both come decorated with 27-inch panels. The monitor has a distinctive base design which is a V-shaped base illuminated by a teal LED accent light. The screens also provide brightness to 400 nits and offer higher screens for cross-border systems.
Lenovo G27q-20 Gaming Monitor carries a price tag of USD 299.99 (approx. Rs. 22,300) while Lenovo G27-20 Gaming Monitor will start at USD 239.99 (approx. Rs. 18,000). Both monitors are expected to be available in single raven black colour from January 2021.
Both devices include AMD’s FreeSync Premium support. The feature allows for tear-free and stutter-free gameplay experience and also the monitor has a 16: 9 aspect ratio and a maximum brightness of 400 nits. The devices are certified by TÜV Rheinland to be flicker-free and emit low blue light levels to allow for longer gaming sessions. They come with support for Lenovo’s Artery software. This allows users to adjust screen brightness, contrast & colours in both an HDMI connection and a DisplayPort (1.2) port.

The monitor is a flat panel monitor that provides a resolution of 2560 x 1440 resolution of QHD. The device comes with a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz. The Lenovo G27q-20 Gaming Monitor will be available in January of 2021.

The monitor also uses a flat panel monitor while offering a resolution of 1920 x 1080. Offering a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Its refresh rate of 144 Hz is slightly lower than the G27q-20, but still enough to make it one of the best gaming monitors on the market.
