LG is working on the next generation of smartwatches with the new Wear OS platform. The brand is also working on the successor of LG Sport and LG Style smartwatches.
As per the report by ETNews, LG will officially launch the new smartwatches by next month. The report also highlighted that the new LG smartwatch will have a model number LM-W315. To recall, the smartwatch was listed in an FCC filing document with the same model number.
Further highlight of the reports is that the smartwatch will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 processor along with 768MB of RAM. The wearable will have a 1.2-inch display and it will be backed by a 4GB of internal storage. Also, the watch will have waterproof and dustproof features as well with IP68 certification. Moving further, as per the report the smartwatch will not support GPS and NFC. Last but not the least, the watch will be available in two attractive colours which are Aurora Black and Cloud Silver. The expected price will range between $300 and $400.
LG is all set to reveal about a new hybrid smartwatch soon or if it is just a rumour then better not to believe. According to the reports of AndroidHeadlines, the LG Watch Timepiece will be LG’s step forward on hybrid smartwatch which runs on Wear OS out of the box and will surely bring the best out of both world, whether Analogue world or Digital world.
