Domestic smartphone manufacturer Micromax has recently made an announcement of its new In series to make a comeback in the country and follow the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ vision. As revealed by the media, the new In series is arriving in India officially by next month. The new Micromax In series is expected to launch in India on November 3. Micromax has also shoot a launch teaser taking a dig at the Chinese smartphone makers via their official twitter account with the tagline “Aao Karein Thodi Cheeni Kum!”
As of now, Micromax has not revealed which phones will become part of the new series. The company is expected to launch the Micromax In 1a alongside more phones on November 3.
The smartphone will have a 6.5 inch HD+ LCD display and will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 processor. It will have two RAM/Storage options – 2GB/32GB and 3GB/32GB. Also, the phone was found listed on Geekbench with a MediaTek Helio P35 processor and 4GB RAM previously.
The new device is expected to get two variants with different camera configurations – 2GB/32GB and 3GB/32GB. The 2GB/32GB variant will comprise of dual rear cameras 13MP, 2MP and an 8MP front camera whereas the 3GB/32GB model will have dual rear cameras 13MP, 5MP and a 13MP selfie shooter. Moreover, the phone will be backed with a 5000mAh battery and will run Android 10.
With addition to this, there might be a Micromax In smartphone with a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset but other details are not available as of now. As far as prices are concerned, they are not known but the phones are expected to range between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 15, 000 competing with the features of Xiaomi, Realme, and Samsung.
