Domestic smartphone manufacturer Micromax has planned to launch the next smartphone under its Bharat series in India. The smartphone Bharat 5 Plus has been found listed on the company’s official website revealing its key specifications.
Talking about its features, the smartphone will have a 5.2inch HD display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels along with 2.5D curved glass and 400nits brightness. The phone will be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor along with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which will be expandable up to 64GB via micro SD card insert slot.
Highlight of this new device will be its battery of 5000mAh. It is also revealed through the company’s website that the phone will have the capability to give a standby time of 21 days and also it will act as a power to charge other electronic devices.
The Micromax Bharat 5 Plus will feature a 8 megapixel rear camera in front. It will also feature different modes including Panorama, Time Lapse, Watermark, Beauty Mode and Bokeh effect.
Also, there will be a 5 megapixel shooter with 83.3 degree wide angle lens for selfies and video calling for the front. The device will support connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, OTG support, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and micro USB port.
Other features like which Android version will it support, cost and availability are not known as of now. Also, the company had announced Bharat 5 smartphone in India in December last year with a price tag of 5,555 rupees and it was available in offline stores.
