Motorola has launched a new smartphone under the Moto G9-series called Moto G9 Power. The new Moto G9 Power comes as the successor to the Moto G8 Power, which had a beefy 5,000mAh battery. With G9 power, Motorola has rolled out the battery game and has a capacity of 6,000mAh. While “power” branding is often focused on delivering larger batteries in smartphones, the G9 Power also packs good specifications for the price. It has a 64MP triple-camera setup, a large 6.8-inch display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. Let’s take a look at the price, specification, features and other details of the Moto G9 Power.
Moto G9 Power Price & Availability:
The newly announced Moto G9 Power has been launched in the European market at a price tag of EUR 199 (approx. Rs. 17,400) for the single 4GB RAM and 128GB storage option. The phone will be launched in the other selected markets including Asia very soon. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on the release date of Moto G9 Power in India.
Moto G9 Power Specifications:
The Motorola G9 Power is a budget smartphone that offers a large battery and a good performance unit. The smartphone packs a 6,000 mAh battery that comes with 20W fast charging support. The battery is 1,000 mAh larger than its predecessors – the Moto G8 Power and the Moto G7 Power.
At the front, there is a tall 6.8-inch HD + display with a standard 60 Hz refresh rate and 720 x 1640 resolution. The screen has a small punch-hole cut-out for the front-facing camera.
It is powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage which can be further expanded via microSD card. Moving to optics, the Moto G9 Power comes with a 64MP primary sensor f / 1.79 aperture, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. It has a 16MP front-facing camera with f / 2.25 aperture.
The Moto G9 Power has a 6,000mAh battery and supports 20W fast charging. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and NFC. The Moto G9 Power runs Android 10 OS on top with a clean stock UI.
