A few days ago, multiple reports claimed that Nokia will be rolling out a new mid-range smartphone in the market soon. The company did not share any detail about the device nor the anticipated launch date. However, as per the latest US FCC listings, the Nokia 5.4 is going to enter the market shortly.
A report by 91Mobiles reveals that a new device has been spotted with a model number TA-1333/TA-1340 on the US FCC listings website, which is believed to be the Nokia 5.4. The website reveals the design and hardware of the phone. The phone is said to come with the same design language as we seen on the Nokia 3.4 comprising a flat display with a punch-hole on the top left corner of the screen for the selfie module and a circular camera module at the back panel of the device.
Talking about the display of the device, the Nokia 5.4 will sport a 6.39-inch HD plus IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels. We are currently uncertain as to whether the Nokia 5.4 will have a waterdrop notch display of a punch-hole display. The device will measure 160.97 x 75.99 x 8.70mm and weigh 182 grams. Interested buyers will have two color options to pick out from – Blue and Purple.
The Nokia 5.4 will come powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, which will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The internal storage will have the capacity to expand by up to 256GB via an external SD card. In fact, the Nokia 5.4 will offer a dedicated microSD card slot and a dual SIM slot as well.
Coming to the camera department, the Nokia 5.4 will house a quadruple rear camera setup, which will consist of a 48MP primary lens, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, the Nokia 5.4 will offer a 16MP selfie shooter.
Coming to the battery life of the device, the Nokia 5.4 will pack a 4,000mAh battery, which will drive fuel via a USB Type-C charging port. The device will boot Android 10 OS out of the box and offer a fingerprint scanner at the back of the device.
