Chinese phone manufacturer Oppo is expected to launch its Reno 5 series at the end of this year, yet before the official launch, the upcoming phones have been spotted on Geekbench benchmarking site.
Speculation overflowing the setup would include three models – Reno 5, Reno 5 Plus, and Reno 5 Pro Plus – all including different processors and RAM. The two of these models are recorded on Geekbench with the model numbers Oppo PEGM00 and Oppo PDST00, uncovering a portion of their key details.
The Oppo PEGM00 scored 616 points in the single-core test and 1,817 points in the multi-center test while the Oppo PDST00 figured out how to gain 725 points in the single-core test and 3,000 points in the multi-core test.
The PEGM00 is expected to run on Google’s most recent Android 11 OS out-of-the-box, and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, paired with 8GB of RAM. On the other hand, the PDST00 is said to run on Android 11 OS out-of-the-box, and draw power from MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset combined with 8GB of RAM.
The Reno 5 series is, independently, tipped to show up in four color shades variations specifically Starry Dream, Aurora Blue, Moonlight Black, and Star Wish Red. Also, there could be a leather-back variant.
