Samsung Galaxy A12 gets listed on Samsung’s official website, may launch soon

It is expected that Samsung will soon launch a new smartphone in its A-Series portfolio, called the Galaxy A12. The smartphone with the model number SM-125F / DSN has been seen in the company’s official Russian support page, pointing to an imminent launch. As reported by 91 Mobiles, the official website only has the model number of the Galaxy A12 and no specifications or renders are available on the listing. The listing also suggests that the launch is still a few days away, which means that we can have some more official confirmation about the phone soon.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 was recently introduced in the Geekbench listing which revealed some specifications of the upcoming smartphone. The smartphone is said to be the successor to the Galaxy A11 and is expected to launch with an entry-level price tag.

Apart from the model number, the listing does not provide any information about the phone. As per earlier reports, the model number of Samsung Galaxy A12 will be SM-A125F. The Samsung Galaxy A12 will be the successor to the Galaxy A11 smartphone. It is offered in black, white, red and blue colours and it will come with 32GB and 64GB storage variants.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 will have the same LCD display and triple camera system as its predecessor. The phone will also have a capacitive fingerprint sensor and will feature a larger battery than the Galaxy A11’s 4,000mAh battery. According to the Geekbench listing, the Samsung Galaxy A12 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 processor, paired with 3GB of RAM.

For software, the phone will run Android 10 operating system and the phone has 169 points in single-core and 1,001 in multi-core benchmark.
