Samsung Galaxy M02s has rolled out in India as the latest handset offering by the company. The budget-friendly smartphone is priced under Rs. 10,000 and its key specifications include a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC and there is a triple camera module at the back. Samsung Galaxy M02s comes with a waterdrop-style notch. The smartphone was rolled out in Nepal a few days ago and now it has come to India as well.

Samsung Galaxy M02s carries a price tag of Rs. 8,999 for the 3GB RAM plus 32GB storage variant and Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB RAM plus 64GB storage variant in India. The smartphone will be available in three color variants– Black, Blue, and Red. It will go on sale starting January 19 via Amazon, the company’s official website, and key retail stores across India.

Detailing key specifications, the Samsung Galaxy M02s runs on an Android 10-based Samsung One UI operating system. It sports a 6.5-inch (720×1,560 pixels) HD plus waterdrop-style notch TFT LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It comes powered by the Snapdragon 450 octa-core SoC with Adreno 506 GPU. There is up to 4GB of RAM on board and up to 64GB of internal storage options offered with the Samsung Galaxy M02s. It comes with support for MicroSD for expansion of storage (up to 1TB).
For photo capture and video recordings, there is a triple camera module on the Samsung Galaxy M02s that features a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies, there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture at the front. Features like ISO control, digital zoom, auto flash, HDR, and exposure compensation are offered with the smartphone.
